HOW TO BE SPONSORED

* Jockey must have tried stirrups before

* Jockey must understand how to use stirrups

* Jockey must be able to explain how to use stirrups to others

* Jockey will share video feedback on their experience using JSL stirrups

* If jockey has never used JSL stirrups before and wants to try stirrups:

- First time users can request a DEMO SET 

- DEMO sets do not include any custom branding 

- DEMO sets consist of models with imperfections to paint or small scratches in finish

- Jockey/Rider will pay on time fee of $50 for trial set - Use order form on website and choose DEMO SET to order

JSL SPONSORSHIP TERMS

​

• Sponsorship may be offered to any jockey who has experience with JSL stirrups.

• Sponsorship options will be offered for 6 months (with option to extend to 12 months as requested in writing by jockey)

• Rider will have first access to JSL models, including prototypes, specialty & test models.

• Rider agrees to share feedback on models, including photos, video, and improvements or suggestions as needed.

• Rider agrees to always test ride new models during training or on an Equicizer before use in a live race.

• During sponsorship, Rider will actively use JSL models in at least 25% of their races.

• Rider understands that JSL models & materials may be under observation during the first year of use.

• Rider understands that test models may be replaced periodically: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months & 12 months.

• Rider agrees to JSL’s Release of Liability & Intellectual Property Disclosure as listed on RideJSL.com website.

• Rider will review TENSILE RESULTS of models before use.

RIDER OBLIGATIONS

​

- Rider agrees to use JSL's in at least 25% of races.

- Rider agrees to visit website to review & better understand brand mission & goals.

- Rider agrees that they understand the JSL brand, including how to use and explain to others.

- Rider agrees to post a minimum of 1x per month on social media tagging JSL & related products/branding.

- Rider agrees (if applicable) to share race schedule so JSL may help promote you & share races/wins.

- Rider agrees to share feedback with JSL regarding product, durability, comfort, etc.

- Rider agrees that JSL may replace stirrups as new/better/more innovative options become available. 

- Rider agrees that JSL may replace stirrups within 3/6/9 & 12 months to review stirrups condition & continue testing.

- Rider understands that some materials offered by JSL will be under observation and need live on track testing to confirm models durability and long term use.

RIDER SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS

​

- Rider will receive complimentary JSL stirrups.

- Rider will be the first to try new materials, models & designs as they develop.

- Rider will receive custom models/designs/colors that are not available to the public.

- Rider will become part of JSL's testing & design team, providing feedback for the development/improvement of stirrups.

- Rider will be the first with access to new releases, test models & designs, including proprietary information on JSL.

- Rider will be first to try JSL's boot line, providing valuable feedback which may be applied to boot development.

- Upon extension of sponsorship, sponsored rider can request to receive custom JSL gear based on availability.

- Rider may request to receive sales link, allowing rider to earn commissions on sales. Contract to be signed in advance.

 

TERMINATION / RENEWAL

- Either party can terminate or renew sponsorship agreement with written notice via email: info@RideJSL.com 

- Rider must be CONFIRMED for sponsorship and/or renewals based on availability.
