Confidential – Test Rider Waiver Form

 

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TESTING

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating as a test rider for the pre-release

JSL Stirrups model (the “Product”). I understand this is a first time product and my direct feedback is needed to test the safety and/or performance standards.

2. TESTING CONDITIONS

I agree to test the Product in one or more of the following:

- On an Equicizer or other training device

- During training and/or exercise riding

- In live racing, at my own discretion after initial test use

I understand that use in live racing is not a requirement of JSL.

3. TERMS & CONDITIONS / TENSILE TEST RESULTS

I confirm that:

- I have read and understood JSL Stirrups’ Terms & Conditions.

- I have reviewed the tensile test results displayed on the JSL Elite Page and understand the documented strength and performance data provided by IMR as displayed on this page.

4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I assume all risks associated with the use of the Product. I release, discharge,

and hold harmless JSL, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liability, injury, or damages arising out of my participation in testing the Product.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

I agree not to disclose, photograph, publish, or share any details about the Product without written permission from JSL.

6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this Waiver, and that I am voluntarily accepting its terms.
